May River High School is proud to announce that our Athletic Department has once again been recognized as one of the top athletic programs in South Carolina!

The final 2025-2026 Carlisle Cup standings have been released, and May River High School finished 3rd overall in Class 4A (AAAA) for the second consecutive year.The Carlisle Cup recognizes athletic departments across South Carolina that demonstrate excellence and superior performance throughout the school year across all sports programs.

This back-to-back Top 3 finish is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our student-athletes, coaches, staff, families, and community.💙
